I fought my first real fight with 25% staminaNothing like making things even harder than they have to be. Plus I didn't realize I could even add to my fighter's skills with the XP until 3 or 4 fights in.

If anyone is doing career mode, does your created fighter have all 0s in exhibition mode? My fighter is still rated a ****ing 71 in exhibition, even though he's like a 90 in career mode. It's annoying as hell.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean. I'm talking about my created fighter having default ratings in exhibition, it's like it's not even paying attention to any of the skills I've added to. It's showing him just as he was before I even started training.

EDIT: I also don't know why the hell they can't make the training consistent. You train for counter punching and sometimes you get guys aggressive like Tyson, other times they throw 5 punches the whole session. Little things like that are annoying as hell, and from now on I'm shutting the game off and going back in until I get someone willing to actually punch me in the training.Last edited by ice; Mar 3, 2011, 04:38 PM.

Tough fight. That bastard had 98% of his stamina left, I was down to 26%, and he threw 5 less punches than I did for ****'s sake. Wasn't even sure I'd go the distance but I switched my gameplan midway through and that made the difference.

Damn bug. Has anyone had the bug where you're kicking the hell out of someone and then it cuts to the corner like the round ends, and once you get back to fighting you can't do anything until the rest of the time expires? I just had a fight where it happened three times in a row so I exited the game. Sucks because it was the first fight where I really blew someone's face apart and he was a bloody mess, it was really fun. I switched my style to Tyson and wish I did that from day one, by far the best and most aggressive punching in the game.

I managed to beat Frost what a crappy fight. Is it even possible to KO him in earlier rounds?
Though I see what they were doing with the whole rocky thing, and a bit of that film with wesely snipes, can't remember the title. He goes to prison and fights various skinheads prison yocals.Originally posted by wangFui dont know, this guy sounds british, the zero punctuation guy is australian, also talks a hell of a lot faster

Their GameFace is pretty awesome, this looks pretty much exactly like me aside from the hair.
I'll have to see how I look in the game itself.
EDIT: Ok, looks like **** in the game, nothing like the above. Oh well.Last edited by ice; Mar 5, 2011, 09:32 PM.

Yeah game face is pretty interesting but i never really got it to work through the website (failed uploads, errors...etc), just in game. In game is not perfect but it does put you in the right direction, we just need to tweak it out through the facial features. Its taking a while but my face is coming along, there are a ton of facial options which can be a bit tedious.
As for making a character, im glad that they've sync up your old uploads from previous versions with this and that they kept boxer share. Nice touch! As for character details, are we able to crank our attributes to 100% and it maintains those stats during online? For some reason i thought in RND 4 these stats change pending how you configure your body type and punching style. With this it seems to keep it at 100% no matter what. Then again i have yet to play online, ive just created a guy and tested him in quick fights and his stats are cranked out.
Training sessions are pretty cool, but i dont like how we can buy additional addons so we can boost our skills. In the end the player who spends more money will have a better chance of having a better boxer online, not really fair if you ask me.
Thinking about trying those online tournaments, but just not sure how much time one needs to commit.Last edited by **G.I.BRO**; Mar 7, 2011, 06:42 AM.

I didn't know you could still tweak your face after uploading it, I didn't see an option. It seemed like it was either upload one or create one from scratch.
You don't have to buy those enhancements, you can get them through playing. Only lazy people will buy them.
I hit the skill cap on my created boxer, 220/220. Kind of annoying, I'm not playing online and now have 5000XP points banked that I can't even use.
Can you create a fighter without going into legacy? I still can't use mine because his ratings are default, I want to start fighting some more big names so if I have to re-create him I will. I'm confused about you say you created one with "cranked out" stats.

I havent started legacy yet. I went into the "my boxer" menu and in there you can create your boxer from scratch, including maxing out your skills. After creating my boxer i was able to use him via quick "fight now". I THINK we can use them in multi but i have yet to try that myself. So thats why i was wondering if our maxed out stats carry over in multi. Maybe we cant, maybe we can just use the default fighters or the ones we use in legacy. In rnd4 i believe we could use fighters that we created but our stats were either limited (certain number of points to use) or they actually changed due to ones physical stature.

*grumbles*
I didn't even see the My Boxer menu, I figure it would be on the main screen. It's been too long since I played Fight Night I guess. Now I have to go home and re-make myself, which isn't too bad because I also missed the body types. I have the "big man" body type which doesn't have much muscle, I wish you could change that stuff mid legacy.
I had a pretty nice one punch KO on Tyson last night... he swung for the fences and I dodged it completely and nailed him.

Ahhh... hahaha. Oh well, gives you more to play with now!!
Hell, i didnt even know i could upload replays, BONUS!Nice KO!! I need to match that!
When i created my dude i believe i used bigman but ripped... i was going to use bigboned but it was just too ugly for me! You can also go back and edit your character, so im still trying to find the sweet arm length for my styles. Started at 74", too short... felt useless, 80" too long i think for a 6ft body.Last edited by **G.I.BRO**; Mar 7, 2011, 09:34 AM.

Yeah mine is "ripped" too, but I just found I can use Tyson's body type so I'll do that when I get home. Although I tried that with my terrible gameface and the body was so big that my head looked like a grape. I don't know if that was something with GameFace or what.

I can only seem to cut guys there and on that side. I'd tried only hitting him with lefts but it never cuts him. I switched stances and started hitting him with left straights and that eye swelled shut too but he was so dead by then he kept going down. I wish I could get every cut zone busted open to see how bad they can look.
This is where I knocked him out last night: http://www.easports.com/media/play/video/70024278 Kept leaving himself open for hooks so I just kept throwing them.
