    MOH multiplayer beta out today

    Anyone get their grimy hands on this one yet? Looks an aweful lot like MW2. But DICE really know how to make some good multiplayer games. Unfortunately Im stuck at work. Gonna have to dl it once I get home.
    Uncharted 2: Greatest game this gen? Or greatest game ever?

    I agree they make good games, however with less than stellar netcode.

    Excellent MP when it works though (example: Bad Company 2).

      It looks an aweful lot like BC2 without the large maps. What engine is MOH running on anyway?

      *edit* according to Wiki it is a heavily modified UE 3.0 engine. However, the multilayer portion is using Frostbite, DiCE's engine for BC2. What a bizarre way to do things.

        Wolfenstein was the same way. They had 2 different engines for single and multi. And multi was horrible.

          Really? I always thought the netcode was good. But thats just me...only games I really played from them were the original battlefield 1942 and vietnam both on pc. And had little issues if I remember? Sucks that that would change on consoles especially with the limited ammount of players.

            My experience with BC2 was on PC. I haven't heard of issues on Live with it so it may be different there. There are plenty of complaints with BC2 on PC though with net play and enough so to keep me from buying the 360 version. If I see it works better on Live I will give it a try.

            That is one of the few games I got on PC over 360 (cause I got it for $15)

              Weird. Is it not using dedicated servers on pc? Or did they follow the trend and are using p2p?

              The 360 beta is delayed a week. Now its time to decide if I should preorder just to get the beta key.
