Toshiba projection tv

Greetings,

Very new to the web site and am looking for help with Toshiba Projection TV that currently show no picture, but only audio. I pay for my cable service monthly and don't believe that they will attempt to make my TV works like a radio.

If I Kung-Fu it a few time after I power it up, the picture will show up for good 5-6 minutes before it finally goes out.

Any help/adice will greatly be appreciated!

First, try customer support; its probably a lamp problem.

also check the cable connection and make sure its snug in the socket.

I did check with customer service - my warantee expired last August and BestBuy would not do a thing As far as the connection goes, everything looks good.

Have you tried going through Toshiba directly? Retailers generally don't honor factory waranties.
