    Official Digi Cam Pic Thread!

I looked around and couldnt see if there was a thread already of this nature, if there is, oops... I'll merge them. If not, well then. Let me introduce you guys to the new Official Digi Cam Pic Thread!!

Simple really... Just post pcs that youve taken with your Digi cam. These pics i just took a few mins ago while enjoying my day off. Kinda big (pixal wise) so i'll just post the links. THe files are not that big actually, a few hundred k.

These where taken on my bros Minolta G500. Going to be playing around with it, to see if i enjoy the cam. Im still looking at the Olympus 410. ANyhoo... as to what my fav tv host(s) says:

    LETS GET IT ON

    Pancake_1
    Pancake_2
    Pancake_3
    Electric Ball_1
    Electric Ball_2
    Electric Ball_3
    My friendly cat

Hmm... maybe ill resize them next time? 1024?

Macro shot of a butterfly. Im pretty happy with it
Could have made a better job about the very bright bench its standing on though, but Im still pretty new with this cam.

And heres a night shot with a long exposure time when a car passes. Cool, though I didnt fix the focus, which made it all blurry. still, the effect alone is kinda nice.

Yeah, i didnt realize it actually takes some time to learn on how to use it. I mean, You can just point and click, but, to get very crisp and detailed shots you have to tweak around.

Hmmm... what should i shoot next.

Hmm, have a couple of pics from yesterday. First one was taken in the morning at Disney's California Adventure. I made this girl a keychain for our blind date that night. And the second is the girl (and me, sunburned on the right) during our dinner.

Pics were taken on an Olympus D-550 3.0mp camera at SHQ quality (3.0mp, lowest JPEG compression), then resized to 640x480.
Casey Sirl (July 30, 1981 - October 16, 2010). Rest in peace, little sister. You were taken way too soon.

James Beran (December 23, 1947 - December 22, 2011). You gave me the opportunity to grow and learn from you and if it weren't for you, I would not be where I am today. Rest in peace and at least your suffering has ended.

Some pictures I took when touring with BT at a club in Tempe, Arizona. (i used to work with Nettwerk America, his US record label).

The camera was an old Epson 750z. I have bought a Canon S30 since then.
