I am a degenerate gambler so I like dabbling in **** coins as well.

I had 3.5 million of this trash at one point but sold and broke even. Wife is still in with 3.5 million and it's worth three times what she put in.

I had the same thoughts about making it to a penny with this garbage but I guess if they can somehow burn enough of it then maybe?

It is gambling I agree especially for junk like meme coins. There are other projects in the space that have a use case and aren't worth even 1/4 what shib is. I've given up trying to make any sense out of it at this point. Even btc is pretty antiquated and yet continues to maintain that top position with all it's downsides.

If its hits a penny you could buy now and retire. Its also dropping, 20% down from when I bought some, but that might be just a plateau until the next lift. Very few trades of late, most people who bought are holding while others wait to see if its goes on another tear. I think itll drop a lot then go back up to its high over the next while.

ETH is going tru the roof when POS. ETH is the biggest market for NFTs , dApps etc.

They estimate conservatively $10k for 1 ETH, and easily (very bullish) 30k next year.

Definitely split your money into ETH and BTC (some Sol) too.

This is tempting me to take a stab at throwing money at some trashcoins and see what happens (namely dogecoin and the shibacoin....might try to find something from the list of memecoin which i can guess could be a one hit wonder).

Because theres no way in hell i can afford to get involved with bitcoin and etherium.

Its not the amount its how much they can gain. If you think BTC goes up another 10x well you get 10x whatever how much you can buy. But if you want 100x or more well you typically have to be in early on new coins. Hype can drive that but utility too so Id mix the 2 and not just throw money at one side or just one coin.

BTC is still approximately doubling every year or so (i'm in since 2011 so far so good).

There is a chance it's still early. Like buying Amazon/Microsoft stock in 2002 kind of early.

Speaking of stocks, NASDAQ did 2x in 2 years (6400->12800 during [2019...2020] period) which isn't bad either...
