Dang, I had heard of this show before but never watched it. Until recently. That's some dark stuff right there. Someone else mentioned it tried to hard for the shock factor. Maybe, but it touches on some deep topics. The nekkidness is a little disturbing considering the age of the characters but it would be so much more disturbing if the art style wasn't the big-eyed anime characters.Originally posted by Athena View Post

The Dark Crystal - Age of Resistance. Good fun, lot of nostalgia as I clearly remember watching the whole movie I'm a department store's TV department in the early 80s. I've also used the Chamberlain's squeal on many occasions at random moments.

Finished the 3 seasons of the Expanse and needed something less stressful. (That show is truly epic and awesome!!)
Finished season 3 of Miraculous Lady Bug and started on Totally Spies. (I had already seen most of them when I niece and nephew came to visit a few weeks back) Those French cartoons are silly bubble gum for the brain. The Flash season 5, freaking me out because the actress who's playing Nora is older than the actors who play her parents. She's also in Black Sails...
Also watched Carole and Tuesday based on a post I saw here. Really enjoyed it a lot. Very much catered to an English speaking audience but they captured the sheer joy of creating music really well.Comment

Saw two episodes of "the terror season 2". Absolutely dog ****, total waste of time. It's an insult to the original show to even be called with the same name. Nearly finished Star Trek Discovery s2 (yeah I know I'm slow). Been pretty good actually, spock is quite solid and pike is good. Episodes have been fairly good and varied.
Just started Marianne and it seems pretty cool. Would probably watch an entire season of them in the house being terrorized.Comment

Finished the last season of Agents of Shield on Netflix. Only way to watch that show is the binge.
