    What TV shows are you currently watching?

    What with shows being cancelled all the time, perhaps it's time to start a thread for TV shows.

    I'm going to stick to fiction (i.e. exclude reality shows, news/current affairs, documentaries) but whatever.

    Must have a lot of time to do that. I don't watch tv shows because I am a completionist and that means I will go out of my way to complete the shows. It eats a lot of my time.

    Stopped watching. Last full show I watched was the Lost. I felt cheated and betrayed and it put me off of any future shows.

      The Daily Show with Jon Stewart at 11 PM Monday - Thursday
      The Colbert Report 11:30 PM Monday - Thursday
      Drunk History at 10 PM on Tuesday's
      Mythbusters at 9 PM on Thursday's ...or Sunday...or Saturday...or Monday ...or Wednesday ..or where ever Discovery channel decides their spinning wheel will stop
      Real Time with Bill Maher at 10 PM on Friday's
      Last Week Tonight with John Oliver at 11PM on Sunday's
      Adult Swim at Night in the background all week between 8 PM - 6 AM when it doesn't conflict with the above shows.

      Oh snap forgot about Last Week Tonight with John Oliver thanks for the reminder vertual :3

            Yeah me too but a lot of shows these days are only 10-12 eps per season, once per week.

            At the moment only True Blood and Tyrant is showing, all the others are between seasons.

                  Forgot to mention Marvels agents of SHIELD, it took me ages to get in to but the season finished really strong and the ending was gold.

                    When The Walking Dead resumes, I'll probably have to drop one of the above to free up a slot in my schedule.

                                Sherlock is phenomenal. If you have Netflix I suggest you check it out. The wife and I have also been watching Parks and Recreation.

                                  Watched a couple of episodes from Season 1-2 of Sherlock. Planning to watched everything from beginning to finish seasons 1-3.

                                  Other than that... old school shows like Frasier and Discovery Channel + Nat Geo documentaries are all I watch these days.

                                              After work every day... easy to do since I have no kids. Most of those shows aren't concurrent, they're seasonal - so usually one or two shows a night does it. And DVR is a wonderful thing.

                                                    Ya, took me a while to get into the 3rd season and watch the 4th just to finish the story. It was clear they didn't have enough material for the 6th show, but I guess Netflix needed 6 shows to call it a season. But Season's 1 and 2 though. It's right up there with Breaking Bad for me.

                                                      It's too early to tell how extant or the strain will pan out but i'm liking them so far and hope that the acting matures.

                                                      Under the dome and falling skies are good enough to watch but in both cases the acting is average at best and the story quite clichéd with glaringly obvious plot twists, especially in falling skies case.

                                                      I'm eagerly awaiting the new seasons of the walking dead, game of thrones and Vikings.

                                                          Currently watching Vikings season 1. I can't watch two different tv shows at the same time because it confuses the hell out of me. I finish all seasons of each show then go to the next.

                                                                      The only things airing now that I really like are True Blood and Drunk History.

                                                                      This spring I learned most of the KC Royals' games are on Dish, so I'm watching a shitload of baseball lately. I expected them to be a .500 team at best, but they're actually contending for the first time in 20+ years. w00t!

                                                                      I saw the pilot for Halt and Catch Fire online, and loved it. By the time it actually started airing I forgot all about it, so I plan to catch up on that one. Similarly, I'll play catch up with both Louie and Maron.

                                                                      Special super-kudos to Derek Waters and Drunk History. This is one of the funniest and most original comedy shows in a looong-ass time.

                                                                        Oh it's superbly clichéd and the twists are as obvious as **** but it is watchable.

                                                                        My problem is that I have ran out of things to watch.

                                                                        Swinglines mention of the killing looks decent, never heard of it before.

                                                                        My brother keeps trying to recommend breaking bad but a few weeks back he and our friend were drunk and basically told me what happens up until the fourth season....
