Dr. Strange: Multiverse of Madness. Was ok, i guess, they went a _bit_ overboard with the effects. Would i've payed to see it in the cinema? No. Still entertaining.

Dr Strange 2. Very Sam Raimy. I give it a solid 8/10. I really liked the Evil Dead post credit scene reference.
Moonfall.
Like, WTF did I just watch? You have to shut your brain off, like put yourself in a coma.
It's bad-good I guess? I don't think I'm giving anything away but its supremely silly how they keep going on about "we have to SAVE THE WORLD" when the moon has already killed all but a few thousand people. Like every conceivable thing has been purged from the earth, infrastructure, buildings and people, satellites, all gone. Then the 'saviours' land back on Earth like 'yay, we saved the Earth, and their cell phones are still working "where you at bro".Phobos:

Ya me too its classic film noire. Dunno why Scott hated it so much. Its not too intrusive or gives away too much, they used just enough of it sparingly...I talked to the tree. Thats why they put me away!..." Peter Sellers, The Goon Show

I half expected him to lop off his hand before the time ran out on the spell and you'd see Pizza Poppa running around with something else bolted to his arm.
Reminds me of the game of Betreyal at the House on the Hill that I played with my daughter on Father's day. She drew an omen where her hand started attacking her. SHe succeeded in a dice roll, (enough that she won the battle without cutting off the hand, actually), and could draw an item. I'll be damned if the item card she drew wasn't the Chainsaw. We had to explain to her why that was so funny.

Spiderhead (on netflix). with Thor dude. 3/10. I saw " writer of Deadpool and Zombieland " in the description. Thought this should be decent.
Good idea, but what a crap movie. And I sat thru the whole thing, after I wanted to stop it 1/2 way, but kept thinking "ZombieLand"...
They had a great idea.. but then it just sort of never goes anywhere. There is no big reveal, big action , just a boring meh movie..

Next on my list is Pig, apparently its another Oscar worthy Nick Cage role.
I remember there being a few 'actors playing themselves' movies which were usually enjoyable. One of the best (and the only other one I can remember) is Being John Malcovich.Phobos:
