Tom and Jerry
actually went to a theater to watch it. First movie we saw in a theater since December 2019.
The movie was a lot of fun to watch, very nostalgic.
Its also the movie that I realized my son is growing up, I heard him say to himself in a whisper "whoa, she's cute", referring to Chloë Grace Moretz. he forgot the giant sitting directly in front of your row, crying kids, mobiles going on and off and people eating popcorn like pigs

Watched The Empty Man yesterday. I saw the trailer when it first came out and got the impression it was another generic horror movie like The Bye Bye Man or Slender Man so I ignored it. Then I came across the following video:

So I watched the movie and absolutely loved it. Even got Se7en vibes from it.

Are they promoting lesbians in mainstream media now? Just like they did with gays.
3 movies that came out recently have lesbians thrown in without any purpose. I care a lot, sentenielle or whatever spelling, and the world to come. Wtf?
I think Netflix should just have a porno section and load up all the garbage movies there.

Rewatching the recent Godzilla flicks in prep for the new one.
Just finished Godzilla (2014) - Still makes me feel like a kid. Absolutely adore it, but wish they would have cut down on some of the people sequences and shown more Godzilla fighting, although they did nail the fact that the whole thing is a force of nature. I think the thing that bothers me most about he non-Godzilla parts is the absolute plot armor the guy has throughout. If they would have had more people around him actually live I don't think it would have been as bad. Anyways, I digress. The HALO sequence was amazing, and that first time you see that soft blue glow through the dust cloud still makes me grin like an idiot.
Tomorrow will be Kong: Skull Island, then Godzilla: King of the Monsters.
I'm gonna miss out on actually seeing the new one on the big screen which is a massive shame, but, safety first!“On a lonely planet spinning its way toward damnation amid
the fear and despair of a broken human race, who is left to fight for all
that is good and pure and gets you smashed for under a fiver? Yes, it’s
the surprising adventures of me, Sir Digby Chicken-Caesar!”

Gays been going on from Brokeback Mountain days. But sparingly. I am talking about more mainstream movies doing this. Typically you know an Oscar winning movie is about some LGBTQWTFBBQ issues but not mainstream movies having it. Now it seems to be a theme. I am not much in tv shows so I wouldn’t know much about it.

as i've said, it's very noticeable everywhere, in every tv show, in almost every movie. I wouldn't mind if it weren't often completely without any purpose other than to "also have lesbians/gays included". It's almost to the point where it gets unintentionally funny.
