Chronicles of Riddick - 8.5/10, way better than I thought it would be. Some very unique and interesting settings, creatures, items, etc.

Sputnik 7-10
That was pretty darn good subtitles and all. Good soundwork. Might have missed the message but as a scifi/horror it worked.
Hmm the performance by Fedor Bondarchuk as the baddy soviet colonel was so good I looked him up and yep hes a pretty well respected actor producer director in Russia. Gonna check more of his stuff out. Looks like he has a couple war films that are well rated.Last edited by pax; Feb 11, 2021, 11:03 PM.I talked to the tree. Thats why they put me away!..." I do hope someday they get back to the large-scale ridiculous storytelling that they did in Chronicles of Riddick. Diesel is too busy working on projects that make $$ though.
I also wonder if Riddick might be more viable as a 10 episode streaming series, rather than a film? Just a thought.Originally posted by KACTo be honest I never even found doom 3 to be scary since I have a big dick since birth.

I was a bit confused at the ending though. It looks everyone on the plane totally abandoned all the kids that got left behind in the oasis. Doesn't seem right.Originally posted by KACTo be honest I never even found doom 3 to be scary since I have a big dick since birth.

Watched two movies last Friday: Run and Monster Hunter.
Run was a second time viewing for me but a first time viewing for my mom. I asked her to watch it because I knew she'd like the movie and she did.
As for Monster Hunter, I thought it wasn't as bad as you might think (gets points for good audio and video). Gives you about what you expect from such a movie so you can't really complain much.

Tenet - 7/10 Pretentious and ambitious and ADHD and hard to follow. (Twilight boy was good though)
Soul - 7/10 Serviceable animation movie. Not much humor.
The Aeronauts - 7.5/10 quite decent but they completely butchered the facts, so I recommend you don't research the true story component.

And Morena Baccarin gave a really solid performance
4/10 mostly for Morena. It's not that the acting is bad, the script is and other movies have done this theme much better.
