That doesn't exist in Spain, not even the mexican liquors.
It is called "spanish" because it has mexican origins.

Probably right on the origin. However I bet the reality is, that if you go to a place with a well stocked bar and a competent bar tender, you could get one just about anywhere.
All the ingredients used in it, are pretty much staples of any well stocked bar the world over.
- Strong Rum
- Orange liqueur
- Coffee liqueur
- Lemon
- Sugar
- Cream
- Coffee

Well, this is no doubt a lot funnier if you're familiar with the CoD community...for me, it's just %*#&*%&^! bizarre (NSFW, and turn down your speakers):

And this is blatantly meant to counterbalance the above:

1. "OMG IT'S COMING!!!"
2. "OMG IT'S HERE!!!!!"
3. "....wait a minute. This isn't the Second Coming! This sucks!"

Hey Ragers! Today I got to try out another new thrill ride - Lex Luthor: Drop of Doom!

Bit OT but how does that ride smoothly slow down at the bottom? Cables? Mechanical brake? Needs to be damn reliable what ever it uses.
