Right now I'm listening to "Hateful," by The Clash.
It originally appeared on their most famous album, "London Calling" (described by the All Music Guide as "one of the greatest rock & roll albums ever recorded"), which came out on December 14, 1979.Pentium IV 2.8 GHz Prescott ASUS P5GD1 MB 1,536 MB PC3200 DDR Memory Chaintech GeForce 6600GT PCI-E 128MB (91.47) XP Home

Albums:
(hed)p.e. - Only In Amerika
Chimaira - Impossibility of Reason
Both have been keeping me entertained for the last couple weeks. The knowledge that seeking the favor of another. Means the murder of self. This is the resolution
The end of all progress. The death of evolution. It bleeds all life away. Silence speeds the path to the streams of solace that run so few and narrow. Brooks that babble the sounds of torture. You will one day rise. To flood the banks of the chosen. This is the art of ruin. This is the resolution. The end of all progress. The death of evolution. It bleeds all life away. I will teach you all that I have mastered. Fear. Pain. Hatred. Power. This is the art of ruin.

Currently listening to a song called "Goin' Down" by the Monkees.
It was the B-side to what might be the band's most famous single, "Daydream Believer" (the only challenge to that title being "I'm a Believer," of course), and it's now available as a bonus track to their 1967 album "Pisces, Aquarius, Capricorn & Jones Ltd." It's an insane-tempo song performed by Mickey Dolenz about - and I bet you never expected this from a Monkees tune - a humorous take on a failed suicide attempt. Very upbeat, very entertaining, and certainly recommended!
It's also interesting to note that it's one of only a few songs for which the writing credits include all four Monkees.
Floatin’ down the river
With a saturated liver
And I wish I could forgive her
But I do believe she meant it
When she told me to forget it
And I bet she will regret it
When they find me in the morning wet and drowned
And the word gets ’round
Goin’ down
