Not really into youtube vocal covers (he does good), but I will just say I love that song. The finger tapping part at 2:05 is blissful, ha he does a good job bobbing around, air drumming and drinking water during that part.
It's slow, which probably makes it very unpopular here. Ran into it while looking for 5.1 surround now that Youtube will output Dolby Digital on supported devices. (No the song is not in any surround format, dunno why it popped in my searches, actually this video isn't where I found this song but elsewhere touting hi-res tracks)

i don't see why it would be? Everyone's free to post what he/she likes, doesn't matter which kind of music. There's only a fracture of ragers posting here, i'll give you that though.

Dunno, just the vibe I get from the majority of what's in this thread. BTW thanks for introducing me to this group, you posted something else by them but I liked this one a lot:

as i said, due to the very few ragers who more or less post here it might look like that, but it isn't trust me, the other guys are just too shy to post here too.
as for Two steps from hell, yes, they have a lot of very different songs. Although most of the songs are what i'd call "theatrical". Thomas Bergersen is well known for that kind of music. Introducing ragers to different bands is what i like the most to be honest.
That being said i listen to a lot of very different music styles, not only to the stuff i post here
As I was copying some music files today, I started thinking about songs that make you tear up when you hear them. Here are 3 of mine.
Dolly Parton - Coat of Many Colors
A poor girl with a loving mother that does the best she can for her kid and jerks that judge her. https://youtu.be/c1zJzr-kWsI
Edit: Adding Dolly's partner in crime Kenny Rogers - Christmas in Kentucky
2:38: "Hell she turned 13 in April. She's been dreaming about the dolly in the window for half her life. She's old enough to realize, that it ain't ever coming. I'd damn near rob a bank to get that doll and Billy's knife." Gets me every time. https://youtu.be/4IJ59e2xDiI
Joni Mitchel - The Circle Game
The inevitable passage of time and lost youth. My daughter is heading there. https://youtu.be/V9VoLCO-d6U
One of the comments hits the nail on the head...
"After just sending my one and only child off to college, the meaning of this song has never hit harder. I CANNOT for the life of me get through the song without crying. the line that gets me EVERY time is "and they tell him take your time it won't be long now til you drag your feet to slow the circles down." Try telling that to a wide-eyed teenager who can't wait for their life to start. It truly, truly seems like yesterday she was catching those dragonflies in a jar. Life is amazingly fast. No matter how hard I try, I can't slow those damned circles down"
