Just watched Beavis and Butthead Do The Universe and this was on the soundtrack. Forgot how much this song rules.

This is a drummer I have been watching for a while, he's got his own band but his channel is basically him playing all the hardest songs using a single floor tom. Very creative and one of the most coordinated drummers on the planet.
This is him doing a cover of Bat Country from Avenged Sevenfold.

An old favorite of mine: The lead and rhythm guitars almost take on the same role throughout the album. Very unique sound from these guys.

This is another Drummer I watch, not alot of people cover "The Perfect Drug" probably because it hard and it's intermixed with Electonic drums but I think this is interesting.

This one is pretty extreme, I can't understand what he's saying but Alex the terrible wrote a vocal track for this tune and his infamous screams go well with Mick Gordan's music and the hateful vibe of the Doom environment. Looks like Mick even left his blessings via a comment under the video haha.

Nice Dude. I think I blind ordered that from BMG music company via snail mail back before the internet was a thing. They didn't have any media coverage so the album was criminally underrated. Still, I think it sold ok and they have a decent following on youtube even today. They have changed alot over the years but Draconian Times remains my favorite from them.

I got my Draconian Times CD from Camelot Music, before they were bought out by FYE. It was one of the cheaper ones, where somehow back in 1998 they thought it a good idea to sell CDs at $17.99 a pop. Draconian Times was a "steal" at $14.99. I'd heard As I Die from a compilation CD and liked it, so I gave the band a chance.
Though my memories may be shuffled. At some point I bought the One Second CD and liked it. It may have been the first one IDK.

Paradise Lost and especially "Draconian Times" are must-haves in my book. True classics. "Icon" also was a great album.

Lots of old In Flames members. Including, original In Flames vocalist (and current Dark Tranquillity vocalist) Mikael Stanne, and original In Flames guitarist Jesper Stromblad.
Sounds like an In Flames album that I haven't heard in like 20 years.

That's pretty sweet. Wish it was a bit bleaker sounding (TJR/Whoracle era is my favorite). Also would have liked a lineup with Lungstrom instead of Engelin but guess that's what Dimension Zero was for.
Still beats the hell out of current In Flames (which really exists in name only). My opinion anyway
I actually use to have the In Flames Jester logo as my R3D avatar before the band really went south. Yeah, I had no idea this existed, brings back memories of their better days, Thanks for sharingLast edited by BikeRacks; Aug 13, 2022, 12:58 AM.

The couple of songs I've heard from their upcoming album seem a little better than they've done the past few albums, but yeah they've made it pretty clear that they aren't the same band anymore. It is pretty sad for me to think that In Flames is now a band that has more weak albums than good albums (and I include Reroute to Remain on the good side, which a lot of old fans probably wouldn't).

I didn't know that existed either. Appreciate the share also. They were in the top 3 for a while for me.
I had a really bad-ass In Flames t-shirt that I used to sport. The only evidence of it is a picture of me wearing it at Burning Man when I was 20.
Colony was the last CD I liked. The next two, Clayman and A Sense of Purpose I remember being terrible. Years later, I heard "A Quiet Place" on a YouTube Battlefield 2 video, really liked it, bought that album, and that was the only memorable track on it.
