We should know for sure when AMD officially announces the Radeon RX 7900 Series later this week.

The card is clearly a prototype, with a red board design and voltage contact points in some places. What is clear though is that this design matches what AMD has been teasing in late August with three red stripes on the heatsink.
The card is longer than the Radeon 6900 design, but features the same power connector configuration as the RDNA2 GPU, which is a dual 8-pin connector design. The cooler does not appear to have any room for additional power connectors, so this might be either the Radeon 7900 XT or the flagship 7900 XTX, which probably shares the same triple-fan design.
This prototype is not a final product, what is clearly missing is the backplate which is present on all high-end RDNA2 reference models. Furthermore, do not worry about the red PCB, it will be changed to black for sure.
