AMD to Launch Radeon RX 7000 Series on November 3rd

RDNA3 will make its debut very soon.

Scott Herkelman, Senior Vice President and General Manager at AMD Radeon, today confirmed the launch date for Radeon RX 7000 series. The new GPU series based on RDNA3 architecture will launch on November 3rd, so exactly 6 six weeks from now.

The announcement of RX 7000 launch happens just 2 hours before NVIDIA announces its GeForce RTX 40 series, which is an interesting marketing stunt and clear sign that the competitor is ready.

AMD has already confirmed they are on track to deliver at least 50% better performance per watt efficiency with RDNA3. The new GPU series will also be the first to feature advanced packaging technology and multi-chip-module design with graphics and memory chiplets.

The Radeon RX 7000 GPUs codenamed Navi 3X are designed with 5nm process technology and will feature next-generation Infinity Cache, the company confirmed. At least three RDNA3 are to be expected, including Navi 31 with 12288 Stream Processors, more than twice than current RDNA2 flagship GPU known as Navi 21.
