NVIDIA "New Dawn" DirectX 11 demo available

A "sequel" to NVIDIA's 2002 "Dawn" demo -- titled "A New Dawn" -- is now ready for download. The 771MB file shows off what DirectX 11 can do on 690, 680, and 670 cards -- note the latter two require a less demanding mode.

Download the demo here; if you're AMD only, watch a video here.

They ran better on the ATI cards using a wrapper than on the Nvidia cards they were designed for. I remember those days well. Nvidia was caught off guard by the 9700 and took a bit to catch up.
