Open Source Driver (Nouveau) outpaces the official drivers on Low-End parts

While the Linux 2.6.38 kernel has been out for less than one week, if you use NVIDIA graphics, particularly with a low-end GPU, start counting down the days to the release of the Linux 2.6.39 kernel. Particularly on lower-end NVIDIA GeForce graphics cards, the reverse-engineered open-source Nouveau driver now meets or exceeds the speed of NVIDIA's official proprietary driver in a number of OpenGL test cases.

Am I missing something on the graph in the source article? I'm not seeing "speeds past" anywhere in there. I mean it's great that an open-source driver can match the speeds of vendor proprietary drivers in certain situations, but I'd hardly call a 0.57 FPS advantage in the best case scenario on old hardware as "speeding past" anything, particularly when the driver performance of next card down in the list shows less than half the performance of the proprietary binaries.

I'm all for open-source drivers, but misleading titles are misleading.
