interesting. using # symbol created that node field. so # 1 (remove space) created a link to home

While you can login it only lasts a few moments. Won't stay logged in. Tested on Brave and Edge

I can confirm both of those. Firefox on iOS.

Update your bookmarks. I had issues just now when typing www.rage3d.com/board/ and trying to sign in, wouldnt stay signed in until i entered https://www.rage3d.com/board/

Search doesn’t seem to be working properly. It doesn’t seem to be searching every post. For instance, if I search for "cyberpunk,” it only comes up with one result.

Even after reading all active threads in the channel, the channel still shows up as having unread threads (green in dark mode). You have to click mark channel as read at the bottom to make it go pale.

An update on this problem: it only seems to affect posts and threads that were created before the upgrade. Could this be a search indexing issue?

Well cookie basing got rid of the rarely used channels to be read but I'm still having the I've read all the threads inside but the main page is showing the channel as having un-reads. Is no big deal, can just click the mark as all read at the bottom.

I changed it back to database mode. When viewing the forum on mobile after viewing it on my desktop, the threads that I read on my desktop were showing up as not read on mobile. Same goes for notifications

The forum now redirects anyone going to the non-secure website (http) to the https URL. This (hopefully) should fix the main forum index showing you a s logged out but refreshing or going to a subforum you are actually logged in.

One thing I've noticed is threads that I've posted in has that little green colored pip to the left it always says I posted at the current time when I haven't posted in said thread for days or even months or years.

I've looked over the database maintenance options, not seeing a fix for this right now.

All good just bringing it to y'alls attention just in case it updating constantly might possibly be putting strain on the database. Probably not but can't hurt to poke ^_^

I think Dave said animated stuff only works if it's 100x100 or smaller. So try resizing it and re-upload as a different name?

this. Avatars in your profile can be 128x128, static images get auto-resized by the forum when in threads to 100x100. It breaks the gif when the forum tries to auto-resize to 100x100. So upload a gif that is max 100x100.

On a sidenote, notifications seem to be broken, i've unchecked literally everything and still get notifications all the time.

So far I've only gotten notifications on when someone quotes me. As for rep, isn't that what the orange bars are? Every post has a like button now, gone back and liked some of the music you posted, did you get notification for those? Also thread starters get to add tags but no one has used them yet. Could make things easier to search.
