Yeah, hopefully he has permission. My guess is that he's actually the sysop. It's not like it's an easy thing to install it on over 200 machines without access, so I'm guessing he knows what he's doing.

Ah, you're referring to Evil[H]. I actually liked that guy. He was trying to rile us up so we would be a contender. He wasn't trying anything on any other teams, just ours.
