That just means you need to buy more GPUs to fold
I find it funny that folding in the winter is almost always cheaper than simply running a heater. We save electricity costs and contribute to science. It's great! My roommate and I did that last winter (he has 2X 970's... though folding under 'default' ). Right now it's not even close to being winter yet (still shorts weather), but once winter finally comes, I'll put my R9 Nano to good use )

Maybe a bit later into the winter. Right now, its just mild outside, and the machines keep the chill off.

    Welcome back to the fold!

I had a similar issue with my card last month (AMD - non-folding related), in which seemingly out of the blue, the 3D app I use on a daily basis would just crash after a few min use. Tracked it down to an automatic driver update. Rolled back to drivers from last May, and all's been smooth since. I'm on Win10 also. Seems buggy driver releases on Win 10 is all the rage right now

I know the 780Ti crashes on Windows 10 Anniversary no matter what drivers. Pre-Anniversary update didn't crash.

I'd blame Windows 10 at this time.

    Cooler evenings. :D

Time to start in Folding again..

I've noticed that on my 1070 machine, the display driver will "Stop responding, but has recovered". Still gets load on the GPU and it upclocks properly.

Last night it did fail, and wasn't folding.

What drivers are we using for Pascal cards right now?
Working...
