    AMD Radeon HD 7790 Revealed

The newest AMD Graphics Core Next GPU is here, and it's a mid-range desktop part codenamed Bonaire. Dual Asychronous Compute engines, Eight Digital Power Management States and a 40% bump in transistors and Compute Units differentiate it from the 7770; we put Sapphire's Dual-X OC and Gigabyte's 7790 OC to the test.

Thanks for the article caveman-jim! Definitely an interesting card, and agree that its in a class of its own, vs its older 7700 series brethren.

Great review Thanks Performance wise it reminds me of the 5770 which was a very sweet card for that price range.

I noticed an error in the article, its on the first page:

The ram amount is also listed as having 3GB, I think it was suppose to be 1GB.

Sorry, Lup and Jim, but I found another error/typo.

On the 3DMark page, the first slide shows the score results from the latest version of 3DMark (simply called 3DMark) for the Cloud Gate, Fire Strike and Fire Strike Extreme tests, but is titled as being from 3DMark 11; 3DMark 11 is the previous version, designed for Win7.

                  Otherwise, great review.

Interesting read I found at extremereviews. Is that this part plays alot of role with the 720. I can't see our article at work. Any word on that jim?
