Asus 6850 3d clocks below default

I am getting 600/500 instead of 790/1000Mhz core/ram clocks in 3d mode with the latest Omega 14.12 drivers. I only noticed when I ran MSI afterburner on screen display. I can set afterburner to clock it to 790/1000 but I shouldn't need to do this.

I reinstalled the OS and the problem is gone.
