    Overscan without CCC

    I had major driver issues so got the guru3d app as amd recommended and cleaned things out... now have latest cats but the underscan issue is back with its black bars all around. Used to be able to use CCC to overscan by 15% and fix but CCC wont load. Anyway we can do an overscan without CCC? Or is there a way to get CCC to load now? I haven seen it work in the last 9 months worth of drivers...

    Have you tried using the built-in Windows settings? Right click an empty spot on the desktop and select the appropriate option.

      Im at '1080p' right now on a 1080 p monitor and theres nothing in windows desktop right click about overscan to restore the screen to fullsize... There about an inch on both right and left and half an inch on top and bottom...

        OK found a fix and it was simple as hell. Just install the CCC software suite in a different folder. Thats it. Running 13.9's now with CCC and will disable driver updates in windows. I doubt they are fixing anything for the old 6900's now anyway. Hope this holds me over till Tonga.
