Just installed GRAW 2 and I am getting PC reboot

I get the following Stop Error:

    0x0000008E, 0xC0000005, 0XBf2D3D42, 0xA8B9D3E0

    atiduag.dll address BF2D3D42 base at Bf1EC000 Date Stamp 493448c7

I have the 8.12s installed on my ASUS 1950Pro. Can anyone possible help? Thank you. More system specs to the left under the little button...

** I wanted to add, I am getting PC reboot on exit from Fallout 3 and Far Cry 2. I am not sure why....

Before doing anything I'd run a loop of memtest. If that passes I'd reinstall the offending driver.

After that dump GamerOSD and/or 8.12. One of these was causing an error on exit for WAY too many games. I'm now at 8.11 and no GamerOSD and all's perfect.

I have read about the Gamer OSD.... I wish I had read about your 8.12 response. I deleted all references to Ati drivers last night and reinstalled the 8.12s. Darnnit. How the hell do you uninstall GamerOSD, I looked all over the internets. Add/Remove programs does not work for this app.

By the By, I ran memtest for over an hour and had no problems. I know I should run it all night and I will in the near future but I have a feeling it is not my RAM.

Try reinstalling gamerosd and then removing it. Seems to me I had issues trying to get rid of it too. If you do get a successful remove, restart then use cccleaner to clean the registry and do it again after your next restart. It's messy. Optionally it's the manual removal method, which isn't pretty.

Little update, I was experiencing the reboot on exit of Fallout 3 also. I uninstalled the 8.12s, went back to 8.10s, uninstalled Gamer OSD and ASUS Splendid (which is for better color during movie viewing). I played FO3 and for the first time ever the PC did not reboot on exit. I am very happy. I will need to try out GRAW 2 next
