I would like if possible to have my ati fire gl2 behave like a radeon card is this possible? I just want it to work for my little girls games nothing too hard but this card doesn't seem to like many games any work around for this problem?

Sorry for the lack of attention there jackofalltrades
Because of the cards age (last "official" drivers were 6.12.10.2106 out in June 2004) and the GPU's RC/GT1000 limitations I don't think it is possible to get your FireGL-2 to act as a Radeon , but if I'm wrong I'm sure I'll be corrected by someone

thanks I didn't know if anything could be done I guess a bargan sometimes isn't a bargan.I know zip about ati always used nvidia and I will go back to it .thanks again
