HIS’ X1600XT is like most other X1600XTs. In fact, ignoring the cooler, the card is of reference design.

The X1600XT is built using a new core from ATI codenamed RV530. It’s a 90nm low-k chip with around 157 million transistors and a wee tiny surface area of around 156mm².
