For The Win!
As mentioned in our introduction, the EVGA GeForce GTS 450 FTW is factory overclocked, as high as EVGA dare to go. The card itself is the same size as an AMD ATI Radeon HD 5770, measuring 8.25" long and standard 4.38" high. It's a dual slot card, with a single end-mounted PCIe 6-pin power connector.

The EVGA GTS 450 FTW ships in simple but effective packaging, with a dual four-pin Molex to 6-pin PCIe power connector adapter and a DVI-VGA adapter. Unfortunately, there is no mini-HDMI to full-HDMI adapter included, nor an SLI bridge. A driver CD containing Forceware 259 series is included, and the only real reason to insert the disc is for the customized EVGA Precision with GTS 450 skin.

EVGA Precision

EVGA Precision is an overclocking and tweaking tool, based on the popular Rivatuner tool. On the CD is a custom skin for the GTS 450, which persists after you update EVGA Precision - which you'll want to do to get the recently released Version 2.0 with fan control profiling.

Also included is version 1.4 of EVGA OC Scanner, a stress-testing tool based on Furmark to help determine if your overclock is stable enough for use. You can even customize it with your own background images and different fur coloring, for the EVGA furry 'E'. Benchmarking and stress test modes are available, with power draw unlocking option to prevent power limiting from holding back your overclock.

EVGA Added Value

EVGA offers many added value programs with their products, including lifetime warranty for some models. The EVGA GeForce GTS 450 is eligible for 2 year limited warranty, thanks to it's -TR product code suffix, provided you register the card in the first 30 days of purchase. Without registration, warranty is limited to 1 year.

EVGA also offers a step-up program, where in the first 90 days of purchase you can bump up to an eligible higher product and only pay the difference in MSRP.

EVGA also has support forums and gaming servers, prizes and tournaments, as well as 'mods rigs' competitions to win $1000, every month.
