Introduction
Full tower ATX chassis have long been the territory of ultra-high performance and extreme overclocking enthusiasts. However, the price of these cases often pushes more budget minded gamers to opt for less expensive but still very capable mid-tower chassis. Recently this has begun to change and full tower chassis have become far more common as hardware becomes steadily more cramped inside the, now nearly 20 year old, ATX standard.
This brings us to the CM Storm Trooper, a full tower that appears to be aimed squarely at gamers in addition to the traditional power user. Before diving in and seeing for whom this case is best suited, let’s take a quick look at the highlights:
