It is similar to when that I have a game opened and the gamma changes, so that everything looks brighter. Has anyone experienced this? It had started a few days ago, and I did not make any changes that would have caused it. Does anyone think that uninstalling drivers would help?

Occasionally when updating drivers, the AMD Color Control gets disabled. Try this.... Open CCC Go to Desktop Management Scroll to or click on Desktop Color In the right pane, click on Reactivate AMD color controls See if that fixes the problem for you. Good luck!

I did choose the "Reactivate AMD color controls" button, and that is how it had gotten fixed, but it reverts to being too bright when Windows restarts. I have tried uninstalling the display driver and CCC, but those being uninstalled have not changed it, and when I had restarted my PC once the uninstall was completed, the desktop gamma, brightness, and/or contrast was/were too much, so this must be something that CCC is fixing. Should I try to use Driver Sweeper to uninstall everything, or is there another setting that of which CCC does not have control? I am confused as to why it is like this now, yet no previous driver installation had done this, and simply opening CCC without making any changes fixes it! Edit: It seems to be fixed now after I had turned off my PC!
