Having and ATI card as part of their recommended spec would also be awesome .

In any case this is pretty interesting. I wonder if they decreased load times in BC2 or if they are still looking into it?

load times are not fixed, i think that was more of a driver issue than a crossfire one IIRC

Can anyone w/ bad company 2 confirm/deny if they are seeing performance increases. In the official forums somebody with a 5850 said he saw performance increases, looks like these might only boost performance on 5xxx series ATi cards and not the 4-series

Wait? Is it out yet? I only see the 1st profile . Oh yeah the big red text now works...
BTW: The last time I tried their profile driver it slowed down performance for me with a single video card. Are they sure this profile is for both single and dual gpu users???????

Still looking into it, that would not be something a profile release could fix.

thank you for posting! Tried the profiles (using the Catalyst 10.3a preview drivers). Anti-Aliasing now seems to work better in BC2, but there is no signifikant performance gain. The other problem is, with this new profiles, i get strange flickering and horizontal lines crossing the screen sometimes. I am using two Powecolor HD5770.

Nice to see ATi come through on their promise of independent profiles. Hopefully this fixes some issues/gives nice perfomance boosts to those playing these games!

very nice boost to my minimum fps with crossfired 5770s in BC2

although, like others, I also get horizontal lines over the screen every now and again It's maybe 5% of the time... so annoying, but not the end of the world & they're not particularly intrusive... I'll take the lines over the performance dip of uninstalling... no flickering though

my average and max are still cpu limited though down to my 3.6GHz Q6600 Need i7 to get the most out of this...
