It is the same for me. I only get the "you bought Stubbs for 0" but nothing else. No download link or serial number.

Somebody was going through changing the prices of two copies of The SAT Prep Game to $9.99. It isn't hard to believe that they accidentally changed the price of two adjacent games to $9.99, and one of those was accidentally Stubb's.
