Inspired by my fried who had mix HD5850 and GTS250, then I just did similar things. After I borrowed Sapphire HD5870 Vapor-X sample, then I did these steps: 1. Uninstall GPU drivers (Driver Sweeper in Safe mode is recommended) 2. Install HD5870 into 1st PCI-E slot (primary) 3. I used DVI to connect HD5870 to BenQ G2410HD as primary display 4. Install GTX725 into 2nd PCI-E slot (secondary) 5. I used VGA/D-Sub to connect GTX275 to BenQ G2410HD as secondary display 6. Turn on PC 7. Install Cat 9.xx for ATI first and do not reboot 8. Install Forecware, I used 191.07 and do not reboot 9. Install PhysX "patch", this patch/mod will enable both ATI and Nvidia work together in Windows 7 download here for x86 (32bit), or dowload here for x64 (64bit) 10. Reboot now 11. Make sure to enable secondary display (GTX275) in Catalyst Control Center 12. Open Nvidia Control panel and enable PhysX ![]() - PSU: FSP Epsilon 700W - Processor: Intel Q9550 @3.6GHz - Motherboard: ASUS P5Q Pro (P45 based chipset) - RAM: 4GB DDR2 @1130MHz 5-5-5-15 - Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit - Sapphire HD5870 Vapor-X (Cat 9.10) - Sparkle GTX275 (Forceware 191.07 + PhysX "patch") Star Tales ![]() ![]() Batman Arkham Asylum ![]() ![]() ![]() Last edited by becco : Nov 11, 2009 at 10:34 AM. |

Beautiful.... Every time I see someone hack around draconian controls on their own hardware I cheer inside. Congrats!
