AMD San Francisco/Bay Area AMD Community PC Gaming Event

AMD's been cooking up some very cool stuff ... if you were at QuakeCon you might have already seen a sneak peek.

Not sure if this is the best place to post this, but here goes ...

On the evening of September 10th in San Francisco, AMD would like to invite fans to join us for the unveiling of a new visual PC experience. Basically, I can't say exactly what you're going to see there, but I can tell you that we’ll be holding a big party with food, drink and tunes, very cool demos of unreleased games, incredible hardware set-ups you have to see to believe and a lot more.

Interested in joining us?? Send me an e-mail at MonicaAMD@gmail.com with the following details:

Ooh... will AMD pick up that tab for airfare and lodging too?

Sounds like fun, wish I lived closer. I hope you are either coming out with your own 3d stereo solution or coming out with your own gpu physics solution.

Wish I could afford to attend something like that right now. Just too much of a drive for me atm. :/

Sounds like it would be a great time.

I would love to go, but that would be long drive from Arkansas.

Anyway, AMD has been good to me lately. I won a CPU and motherboard at AMD's 40th Anniversary contest last month.

Cool!

Wish I could go, looks like it'll be a good time, People from Rage are coming, just make sure it's 1 at a time to the Mens Bathroom.. Lupine and Caveman are known to get a bit frisky.

I was wondering that too.

Hey Monica, is it alright if I post this information up at Elite Bastards also? I tried e-mailing you, but gmail chose this exact moment to turn flakey on me.

Looking forward to this thing, a 8 days is too long.

Thanks Monica for the e-mail, much appreciated. It's nice to be able to talk a bit about it before going, I'm seriously hyped about this thing!
