Cmon dude are you going to risk with something like that? Just go to the ER and say that you're not feeling well and describe the symptoms. It could be something else than a heart stroke that's causing this. Just go and get checked out.

The only sure-fire cure: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Masturbation

You didn't say when the symptoms onset, but how do you get heatstroke in the middle of the night/morning?!?

Are you 100% sure it was heat stroke, not just 'its ****ing hot and im getting dizzy and have a headache?'
I get that every weekend because I mow lawns for extra cash and I have a fence that I am putting up.

I've had heatstroke before.

I just sat down, and drank alot of cool WATER. (Read, don't drink sodas / beer to rehydrate....).

Take it easy for the evening, if still bad tomorrow, then maybe consider calling a doctor. But if better, then just keep taking it easy.

If symptoms get worse though, yea, get to a doctor. But from what you described, doesn't sound serious.

I got the **** kicked out of me a few times by heat stroke and all I can recommend is drinking tons of fluids, room temperature/cooler baths and showers, and resting with a cold facecloth on your forehead. Popping an aspirin might also bring some temporary relief, but if you start to get the shakes or vomit, you might want to consider the hospital.

Otherwise, you should be back on your feet in 1-2 days. Generally I've felt like myself after a full nights rest. Here's hoping for a quick recovery man

Just make sure to drink a ton of water out in the sun. If you aren't having to take a leak after being out in the sun all day you aren't drinking enough.

I've only been dizzy/light headed from what could have been heat stroke once. Best cure is lay down on the couch and drink cool water till your pissing clear fluid again.

Yep Im all better now since I slept in the bath tub for a few hours. It was quite an ordeal, felt like my whole body was burning, face and body was red. Heat strokes are not something to play with. I haven't felt so bad since I had namonia.

It actually lasted that long. I was working until like 6-7 PM and was sweating and skin felt dry. My insides were burning up, couldn't eat, and felt like crap. After taking 3 cold showers still felt like I was burning. It lasted quite some time until around 5 AM I fell asleep because I was too dizzy to stay up and after waking up I felt refreshed.
