No release notes for it, but users have confirmed the SecuROM removal here and here. The game is now copy-protection free.

Thanks for the heads-up.

Although, it's a little silly to release the patch, now, after all this time.....especially just to remove SecuROM.

But there's been a 1.02 patch since July 07......

Can someone get this game to run? I've got a radeon 4850 on Vista 64 and it will keep crashing the computer within a few seconds of running the game. I've just applied this patch too.

It was working with a 8800gtx on windows xp.
