PowerColor Radeon HD 4850 512MB and CrossFire performance review
After going over Sapphire's Radeon HD 4850 part with a fine-toothed comb last week, this time it's the turn of PowerColor's offering to take centre stage. As this board also makes use the same reference cooler and clock speeds, to make things far more interesting Elite Bastards have thrown two boards together so that they can also investigate the performance levels available to the Radeon HD 4850 in a CrossFire configuration.
As we mentioned in our introduction, PowerColor's take on the Radeon HD 4850 uses AMD's reference clock speeds, making for a 625MHz core and 993MHz GDDR3 memory clock.
