The worst nagging whoas for me. Traumatic arthritis in my right ankle. A bunch of screws in both. AC separation resulting in a collar bone not connected to anything. A frigging 3" plate screwed into the right forearm that doesn't know bones are meant to bend a little bit when you lift something heavy.
