Each person has their own opinion on the subject. I think Sympatico is better, I pay 35 bucks a month and get 5mbps download with unlimited bandwith. Rogers limits downloads and slows down Bit Torrent.

well I've tried both of their high end services and Rogers performs wayyyyy better in my opinion. I get like 700 kb/sec+ vs 400 kb/sec.

and Rogers doesn't limit downloads. it's easy to get around their Bittorrent blocking by changing the listening port.
