Cool Urban Terror display problem

I don't know if any of you play Urban Terror, it's an ad-on for Q3A. My problem is that when I play any map that is outdoors I get lines in the sky almost like it's displaying the framework for the map. I was wondering if anyone else gets this problem and if so can it be fixed?

Disable Anisotropic filtering and see if it eliminates the probs, and you may also want to enable vsync and put adapter settings to your monitors refresh.. Maybe you'd like to try and search for the info if you havent by clicking "search" top right of window..

Default ATI Specific Problem

This problem is specific to ATI. I just installed a G4 4200 in my buddies comp and his skies are perfect. My nephew however has an ATI rage MAXX and also gets lines in the sky. His card is at least 2 years older than mine, so the problem goes back to ATI drivers.
