That's why this game looks bad. It's suffering from its 4-player co-op requirements. Nightwing, Red Hood, Batgirl and Robin all have nearly identical move sets. They are physical combatants aided by gadgets. In co-op each player being identical is kind of boring and doesn't add, so they've had to invent things to make them each different and unique. They should have tried to get access to different DC characters instead of inventing things for the bat family.

They had implemented counters in the game but had to take them out because it interfered with gameplay.

Batgirl would use them to make the boys a well deserved saamich.
