Meteor is still being judged by the masses

Question Got an offer for a Dell LCD mon, but...

Hello ppl..

I can get a Dell™ E152FP Flat Panel Color Monitor for a very good price.. But I do not know if it is a good mon or not...

I did find the specs of the thing:

But am not too familiar with good-or-not specs for a LCD monitor...

Any one know anything about this monitor? a Buy-or-not-buy?

Thanx in advance!

It looks okay, though it's not the best.
If you're a big gamer, you might want to avoid it since 25ms response time is a bit slow by today's standards.
And I don't know about you, but I prefer DVI over analog for my LCD monitors.

Hi, magicknight0233

Thanx for your reply..

I also "heard" that DVI is much better than analog...

And yes, I am a big gamer, so did worry a bit on the 25 ms...but is it really too slow?

Eventhough i can get it quite cheap (2000 HKDollar), still doubting on this one...

I don't know how much 2000HKD equals to in USD so I can't comment if it's a good deal or not. But I will say my NEC 15" LCD only has 25ms and I tried UT2k4, UT99, and Halo on it with no problems. If there is any ghosting, your eyes seem to adjust to it very quickly. But it varies from brand to brand, and I'm not sure who actually manufacturers Dell LCD's.

1 USDollar equals about 7.8 HKDollar, so this monitor would be around 256 USDollar..
Which is quite cheap...even here in HK

*edit* typo
