I want more, that's the problem Most I'd ever spend is $600 and I still can't find one I like for that price as much as this one.

New aquisition -- not usually a fan of blingy Breitlings but I like the Black Steel stuff.

This is a SuperOcean Chrono in black.

New Dress Watch:

Edit.. Decided to cancel the gold version and go with silver. Much easier to pull off.

Love that blued second hand. Really jumps out when the light hits it right.

very cool video -- other than those awful panerai's a nice collection. That Vacheron is stunning.

New one I picked up yesterday -- the new Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean Chronograph 9900 -- titanium on a rubber band. Little too big for my liking but amazing detail.

Have you seen the size of that watch? That's the primary reason I went for the Gear. Sweet watch though...

EdiT: IF you're going to use it for fitness functions, Tizen is pretty sweet contrary to a lot of reviews. I have no trouble tracking whatever I want easily and the autodetect works very well.

Concord Impresario Automatic Chronograph:

I've always loved the Zenith El Primero Movement.. 36,000 bph / 10 ticks per second.
The second hand is soo smooth on these watches.. makes my 21,600 bph Seiko look super jumpy in comparison.

That Mido Watch finally arrived from Jomashop. Decided to return for a refund.

Spent some more time researching watches.

Things like the imitation Alligator strap and ETA movement irked me - on the Mido.

Would much rather have a real gator strap and inhouse movement.

So, I bought a preowned Zenith Elite Ultra Thin on ebay:

And now for something completely different. Geeked out with a Star Trek LCARS watch face on my Garmin Fenix 5x.

Non-obvious things are sunrise/sunset times at the top, bottom third has steps/distance, heart rate, estimated calorie burn. (Just went for a jog, so that's why there's an elevated heart rate.)

Its funny, I hated them for years -- everything about them: the look and the usual douchebags that wear them. Then for fun I picked one up on a trade a couple years ago.

They have really grown on me -- movement is fantastic, durable and great pricepoint. Don't get me wrong I prefer Omega and Rolex but I don't deny the quality for the price.

And nothing wrong with Tags but for me -- they don't hold value, movement is simple ETA (same movement you can find in watches for 50% of the price), and reliability is horrid yet maintenance is $$$. I had a Monaco for a couple years (love the watch) but it was nothing but problems from day one, on the other hand I have Breitlings and Omegas that are 20+ years old that run like they are brand new. But don't listen to me, get what you like just my opinion.
