Wow, that's a pretty illogical temper he has. Wasted $600.

Yeah, that's a valid excuse to act like an idiot.

Then again, who ever needed an excuse?

His Motorola Razr had the same end as this one.

I have an S3, I downloaded a pure black wallpaper from the play store, installed a custom jelly bean ROM (HyperGalaxy v1.6.1), and now have a battery that lasts over 24 hours with heavy usage, probably 40-50% better than it was stock.....

So I can use it all day and simply charge at home and never, ever have to worry about battery life, my iphone using pals are crying when I show them the battery stats!

Looking at the usage stats, the display pulls a lot of juice.
so if you´re not in bright daylight, reducing the brightness will probably save a bunch of time (and using dark backgrounds as mentioned).
Turning off 3G when not using it saves a bit aswell it seems.

the s3 battery life is damn good and well known to be better than the iphones currently. As to my comment earlier, if a cracked screen is the sign of you hate your battery. Get it now ppl? Amount of iphones with cracked screens

Not even, accounting for the additional radios in the lte versions.

It's very hard to compare differente people's battery life, since the description of "heavy usage, lots of text etc" is far from accurate. That said, from all the smartphones I've had, the S3 has the best battery life so far.
It's hard for me to imagine that he thought his battery life was so bad compared to previous devices that he had to throw it at a wall.

I am pretty sure the S3 has a 2100mah battery (one of the largest capacity bateries around), which of course I can upgrade or even buy another spare, you know, to swap in, if and when I ever needed to

Most mobile phones have this ability, aside from the iphone of course, one of the few phones that actually really needs this feature, oh the irony!
