MMC, EasyLook and Associations

Greetings folks,

How does one get VOB files in the Media Library to show up on EasyLook's Media Library menus?

I thought this thing on "All" would list them, but it doesn't.. even though I've added them in the Media Library prior. Also, I'm wondering WHY the Associations part of Setup has them listed, but they aren't in the "Movie" category for Media Library.. ARGH!

Can anyone yield any insight here? I'm trying to use MMC + EasyLook as an easy way to watch dvd's I have local on the HD. If I have to convert them to MPG4 or some other nonsense.. I'll go batty!

maybe you can rename them to avi or something and they'll still be playable? just a guess.

Thanks! Renaming the file from VOB to AVI or MPG indeed puts them on the EasyLook Menu now.

Problem is now though, they show up as "Elapsed time 0:00:01" and never move... so forward/reverse scan doesn't work on them.

Man, ATI really cracks me up here. Even their DVD player wont recognize the IFO or disk info files to allow playback of DVD's on disk.
