Default The case for antitrust

Been saying this a while now. Things really need to change from the top down to encourage competition again. Good read.

The part about Amazon seems awfully thin on a legal standpoint.

There's nothing here that would stick to Amazon, there's plenty of competition since Walmart, Best Buy, and several others have taken to price matching Amazon. Where Amazon gets brick and mortal by the balls is for stuff B&M doesn't carry.

Easy way to solve Google and Facebook, turn them into Title 2 entities which means they'd in effect be governed by the constitution. Verizon tried to play **** **** games like this a while ago banning 'all' political speech (it was abortion related in this case), but got slapped on the weenie by the FCC.
