Slow loading browser

Recently I re-installed windows 7. Everything seems great other than internet explorer and other browsers that seem to be slow to open when windows first boots up. After a minute or two they are fine. Not sure what is going on as they used to load instantly upon windows booting.

Any ideas??

The only thing that comes to mind is to go into Tools > Internet options and uncheck automatically detect proxy settings. If that doesn't work then you can try the reset button under the advanced tab to reset everything to default.
