Sure, it can be done, but it will never put power down like a car which is deigned from the ground up to do it unless you do something like this:

Yeah, he wheels it around the track pretty well and runs very fast times. Yes, always looked like a handful. But drivable in his hands.

I'd end up in a wall or tree somewhere...or a timing light like the one I put the ZO6 through.
