Awsome video between natural enemies....Lotus exige 260 versus the ariel Atom, which is basically a tubular frame with 2 seats and a 300HP rear mounted engine,so it's even lighter than the lotus.

It means he got in the car and the seat ripped his pants, so he was like, "**** this, I'm selling this bitch."

For show purposes, I think the green one looks amazing. Those other two are barf though, even as show cars.

Obviously they'd all be horrible drivers.

What do you mean it looks amazing as a show car?

Maybe if it was driven to a circus and a handful of clowns stepped out of it and did a routine?

I mean that if I went to a car show I'd probably spend a good deal of time looking at it and enjoying the quality of workmanship on it.

no this is still crappy, my buddy has a 1964 ford fairlane, puts out similar(maybe a tad more N/A HP) has tiny street tires on it, broken locker on the rear, he can't even get traction off the line, and he runs 11.20's

I knew what you meant from the beginning, I just dont agree. There is no situation or any way at all for that car to be appreciated by me or pleasing to the eye, unless it was doused in gasoline and set on fire. THAT would make that car interesting.

Does it also get 25mpg highway? Does it come with a 5 year / 100,000 mi warranty? Does it sound any remotely bit quiet inside? how long on a track until the brakes fade? 3rd bend? I can go on all day.

You are completely out of your league in comparisons.

i was merely comparing how the car goes in 1/4 mile... goes to show all that HP with the supercharger doesn't go very far in a fat car in the 1/4 mile...

Oh wow...
It looks even worse in real, it just sticks out like a sore thumb. A lip like spoiler would have sufficed, or even better yet nothing at all.

It just baffles me on who and why one can agree and put this into production.

Yeah, it's amazing how many people these design ideas probably have to go through to make it into production. And somehow...stuff like this still makes it to the final product.

that thing looks disgusting. ride height is pretty high, wheels are ****ty chrome things, grill and bonnet look disgusting, and that spoiler just finishes it off.
it doesn't even look 'sporty', it just looks pre-riced.
