Wow.

It's my understanding that pretty much all of the mustelids (badger, wolverine, weasel, martin, otter) are fearless like this, but dang, the honey badger is teh extremez0r.

If the creature is too huge for the Badger to straight-up eviscerate with its inch-and-a-half long claws or its razor-sharp teeth, it still knows how to go for the weak spot – the balls. That's right, folks, this thing has been documented as killing male lions by running underneath them and tearing off their scrotums. This is one creature you don't want to go balls-out against.

So explain to me how it didn't die from the snake bite. My only guess is the snake barely got any venom inside him because of his thick skin, so he was able to "sleep" it off. That or they have an immunity to snake venom. Because if that snake can kill a lion it sure as **** can kill one of those.

That would end badly. They'd team up to escape from the cage, hunt down the people who caught and caged 'em, then rip off their genitals and eat them.

Then they'd get nasty.

It's immune to certain venoms.

EDIT: Well not immune since it still gets paralyzed, but it has a high tolerance for it.

Ahhhh yes the Badger.

The Joe Pesci of the animal world.

You know when people talk about how could mammals have survived an extinction level event to become the dominant species of the planet, I just show them a picture of a honey badger with a pair of lion balls in its mouth.

Chuck Norris would never round house a honey badger, it would be bad karma as he is every honey badger that ever lived, reincarnate.

the Honey badger is just the animal equivalent of Chuck Norris.

Instead of a roundhouse kick it just crushes balls in its teeth.

If Chuck Norris ever roundhouse kicked a honey badger it would just sleep it off since its immune to his roundhouse kicks. Once its awake again it'll go after Chuck Norris' balls. But since Chuck has an infinite number of balls (and thus has an immunity to ball related attacks) he will get pissed off and unleash and even harder roundhouse kick. But again because of the badgers immunity it'll just sleep it off and retaliate with a scrotum in the mouth. And the cycle will just continue until an unprecedented level of combined anger creates a supernova which destroys the entire universe.

People, don't confuse badgers with honey badgers. Two different critters. Badgers are bad enough. Honey badgers... there's a reason they put the "honey" there. Without that little bit of implied sweetness, people would just keel over and die the moment they looked at one.

While camping I've had yoties coming around to scrounge, Even a black bear once. You use the big voice and bang some pots, they go away.

Yelled badger once and that little mofo didn't care. Kept raiding the ice chest and stole my steak. I thought about shooting him but decided that I brought the temptation to his mountain and he was only doing what comes natural.

I ate canned beans that night.

Ran into a few while hunting in my youth, even with a gun I think I would be at a disadvantage.
